Q&A

Do I have to be athletic?

No, athleticism is not a requirement to play padel. Padel is an accessible sport for people of all ages and fitness levels. However, it is important to warm up and wear proper equipment to avoid injury.

Can I rent the equipment?

Yes, you can rent rackets and buy balls at Padelta. We have a large selection of rental rackets of different brands. You can test different models before you buy your own racket.

Are there changing rooms and showers at Padelta?

Yes, all Padelta centers have changing rooms and showers.

Do you also offer coaching lessons at Padelta?

Yes, we also offer coaching lessons at Padelta. Our academy is run by the best coaches in the country. Our experienced coaches can help you improve your game, regardless of your level. Whether you’re a beginner or have advanced skills, our coaches will take you to the next level.

Is it possible to grab a drink or eat something at Padelta?

Yes, our bistro/bar offers a selection of regional and delicious food and beverage options.

Can padel be played in pairs?

Padel is played as a doubles sport. When playing 1 vs. 1 on a normal padel court, the game is played cross-court. This allows for intense rallies, as the court is too large for a single person. Playing padel 1 vs. 1 is a good way to improve technique, since you must hit all the balls by yourself. This gives you more opportunity to practice and refine different hitting techniques.

Is padel played with a tennis ball?

No. A padel ball is slightly smaller and has a lower bounce due to the lower air pressure.
