The venue in Emmen is fully automated and operates without staff. Access is provided via a code generated during the Playtomic booking process. The lights turn on automatically with the booking. Changing rooms and showers are available. Rackets can be rented from a vending machine, and balls can be purchased. There is also a drinks vending machine. Plenty of parking spaces are clearly marked on site.

Bookings are available daily from 06:00 to 00:00.

The Emmen Süd motorway exit is just a few minutes away, and the hall offers plenty of Padelta parking spaces for those arriving by car.

The train and bus stations are within walking distance and take you to Lucerne in about 10 minutes, from early morning until late at night.
