Padelta and Halter Enter into a National Strategic Partnership
Padelta AG and Halter AG are joining forces to develop new padel locations and innovative usage concepts across Switzerland. This strategic partnership goes far beyond traditional sponsorship. Together, the two companies aim to create spaces that bring together sport, work, leisure, gastronomy and community.
More Than Padel: Creating New Meeting Places Across Switzerland
At the heart of the partnership is the concept of so-called “Third Places”. These are spaces beyond home and work where people come together to connect, stay active, work, network and enjoy their free time.
Padelta contributes its expertise as a padel operator and community builder, while Halter brings extensive experience in real estate and site development. Together, the partners aim to identify suitable locations and develop economically sustainable concepts.
The vision is to create vibrant destinations that combine padel with gastronomy, co-working, health and wellness, events and other complementary offerings.
Futurama Lupfig Marks the Beginning
The first joint project is taking shape at Futurama in Lupfig. This innovative development brings together work, innovation, leisure and social interaction, providing the ideal setting for the shared concept.
Padelta will open a new location there at the end of 2026, featuring two fully automated padel courts. Thanks to digital booking, automated access control and smart lighting systems, the courts will be available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
“We are convinced that successful developments today need to offer more than just residential and commercial spaces. They need places with identity, opportunities for connection and memorable experiences. Together with Padelta, we want to develop and bring such places to life,” explains Andreas Campi, Head of Development at Halter AG.
Growing Together, Building a Nationwide Presence
The partnership will become increasingly visible at both existing and future Padelta locations. Joint events, activities and communication initiatives are also planned, including the One Point Challenge Tour (OPCT) at the Pilatus Arena in Kriens.
“What connects us with Halter is the shared belief that sport plays an important role in shaping the living and working environments of the future. Together, we are creating places that bring communities together and deliver real added value for locations and the people who use them,” says Yannick Moser, Managing Director of Padelta AG.
With this strategic partnership, Padelta and Halter are taking another important step towards developing modern sports and community destinations across Switzerland.
