Padelta Joins the Zurich Sports Centre
Good news for the Padel community in the Zurich region: Starting in August 2026, Padelta will become part of the new Zurich Sports Centre – a pioneering national project that brings together elite sports, youth development, education, and sports medicine under one roof. As part of this state-of-the-art centre of excellence, four indoor padel courts will be built.
The Zurich Sports Centre is one of Switzerland’s most significant and forward-looking sports projects. Spanning a vast area, it will become home to over 30 different sports disciplines. The offering will be complemented by medical facilities, classrooms for youth performance sports, and modern infrastructure for clubs and associations.
“This is an important step for padel as a sport – becoming an active part of such a unique sports hub,” says Yannick Moser, founder and CEO of Padelta. “Our vision is to make padel accessible to everyone – from grassroots to elite levels. Being integrated into the Zurich Sports Centre highlights the growing relevance of our sport and creates the ideal conditions for its development at all levels.”
