We are incredibly excited to welcome The:Referee as a new partner.
With Sandro Schärer, Fedayi San and Lukas Fähndrich, The:Referee brings three of Switzerland’s top football referees to our Padelta Business Club events. The focus is on topics that are crucial both in sport and in business every single day: leadership, communication, decision-making under pressure, handling mistakes and teamwork.
A particularly proud moment: Sandro Schärer has been nominated by FIFA as a referee for the 2026 FIFA World Cup. Fedayi San has also been selected as a VAR official for the tournament. This marks the first time since 2010 that Switzerland will be represented at a FIFA World Cup in officiating.
