High-Level Coach Development – Padelta Coaches in Exchange with Javi Pozanco

Last weekend, coach development was the focus at Padelta – an essential part of our work as a Padel academy.

Organised by our Head of Sports, José Manuel Blanquez Montoya, all 16 Padelta coaches had the opportunity to work with Javi Pozanco, a highly experienced international coach who has worked with top players such as Fernando Belasteguín. In hands-on workshops, topics like technique training, session structure and match analysis were explored and discussed in depth.
